Using only one computer with only one internet connection from a single location, you can act yourself as you are using the internet from different location of the world. All you need to do is change the Proxy address and Proxy Port number to the destination of your choice.
Go to start and run "internet options"

Open Internet Explorer and go to tools> internet options.
Then go to Connections tab> Lan Settings. Uncheck "automatically detect settings" and check on "Use on Proxy Server for LAN". Uncheck all other execpt this one. Then enter the Proxy address and Proxy Port number of your choice which you can get from today's top proxy listing sites. For e.g. if you have entered proxy address and proxy port number of Italy and you are from Nepal, then when you open a global site for e.g. Google.com, you'll be redirected to google.it. And when some websites track your location, they show you from Italy not Nepal.

Can you give me one example of Proxy Address and the Port number?

I usually use hidemyass.com But it itn't efficient most times.
