If you get benefited from reloading your pages more number of times but you are bored by reloading it manually, then get Google Chrome's "Auto-Reload" extension. This extension refreshes your desired page(s) for the desired interval of time. You may also want from one time of the clock to another time to enable/disable it. It supports the same feature too.
