How to add Gmail service to symbian devices without installing the Gmail app

Today I'll tell you how to create a Gmail mailbox in your symbian device without the installation of Gmail  java app in your device. All you need to do is first open your gmail account, then goto the "settings" page and then to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP". Under "IMAP Access" goto "configuration settings" on no.2. Then select symbian under mobile devices. Follow the instructions given to create Gmail mailbox in your symbian device.
